  • Keep Accounts/Books up to date in QuickBooks Online 
  • Support Senior Management with daily projects/tasks 
  • Communicate with co-workers via computer, email, and telephone 
  • Manage company reports 
  • Work independently on projects assigned 
  • Record keeping and filing 

About You 

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (required) 
  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (required) 
  • Proficient with Excel (required) 

Hourly Rate 
$25 - $29/hour
