About the Opportunity

  • Processing invoicing requests ensuring accuracy and prompt response within the organization and to external customers
  • Prepare and submit bank deposits
  • Maintain the assigned group of customer accounts, including reconciliations and investigating payments and discrepancies
  • Maintain and reconcile customer tracking accounts and block of hours
  • Billing disputes coordination and resolution
  • Customer relationship management
  • Prepare and transmit customer statements
  • Collect on all the outstanding balances and ensure prepaid accounts are collected before the work has commenced
  • Collaborate internally to ensure all the customers are billed and expenses are captured
  • Customer credit card transactions processing
  • Maintain usage for the Managed Services customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You

  • Min 5 years of accounting experience with 3 years of experience with accounts
  • receivable functions
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to details
  • Proficiency with MS Office and advanced excel skills
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Pay Rate

$18 - $20/hour
