Billing Analyst - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Prepare invoices in a timely manner
• Track contingency files, closings and other billing arrangements
• Prepare various reports and spreadsheets
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including, billing, collections and/or accounts receivable, preferably in a professional services firm
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, set schedules and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of business and legal terminology

Pay Rate

$22 - $25/hour
