Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (L2) (Closed)

About the Company   

Our client is a very successful manufacturing company looking to hire a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (Level 2) 

About the Opportunity 

• This role will be a Bilingual (French) Level 2 service desk position, mostly dealing with user requests via phone/email/remote access/in person on any technical issues involving users' laptops/desktops/Windows/O365/peripherals 

• We are looking for excellent French and English communication skills and troubleshooting/thinking/learning ability 

• Tickets in French and English will be about 50/50 

• User base is 3000 with about 1500 PCs/laptops 

• Avanti Heat is used for ticketing.  

• This role is 2 days in office in Mississauga 

• No shifts or on-call time 

About You 

• Fluent in English and French 

• Proven experience in a corporate IT Service Desk Level 2 Support positions 

• Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows-based laptops/desktops, Office 365, peripherals like printers/Wifi/headsets/phones 

• Eagerness to learn  

• Ability to work in the Mississauga office 2 days per week  

Bonus Items 

• Basic understanding of Networking, MDM (Intune etc), cyber, etc 

• Ticketing software experience 

Salary Range 

$65,000/year
