Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Opportunity

• Work closely with brokers, agents, underwriters and customer service to effectively solve issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner
• Support employees and management in the office to effectively manage the billed receivables to ensure accurate processing and timely collection of the receivables
• Processing any stop payments, change in withdrawal amounts, bank information changes and manual withdrawals through online banking
• Reconcile all credit card daily transactions
• Assist in the monthly commission statements process
• Preparation of the daily deposits

About You

• Fluency in verbal and written French is required
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (1-3 years) – preferably in the insurance industry
• Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with computer based A/R systems is required
• Strong problem solving skills, math skills; demonstrated logic and accuracy

Salary

$33,000 - $40,500/year
