Application Support Analyst (CRM) (Closed)

About the Company  

Our client is a Canadian private services company, which has been growing nationwide! They are looking to hire an Application Support Analyst (CRM). 

About the Opportunity 

• This role will support and ‘own’ a few large enterprise applications – more from support/troubleshooting and ‘small change’ perspective 

• The main application is Microsoft Dynamics CRM – various versions and instances implemented at different times for different business units 

• The role will be providing tier 2 application support for various applications, focusing on Microsoft CRM - working on config/changes – smaller changes (eg changing fields, moving a button, slightly change workflow, field validation, etc) 

• This role will be a part of implementations/integration projects 

About You 

• Proven production application support experience – supporting critical enterprise application(s) 

• Basic SQL query writing skills 

• Strong troubleshooting experience – narrowing down problems/issues, testing, prioritization, etc 

• Basic Windows server troubleshooting experience (logs, services, connectivity, etc) is a plus 

• CRM application support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM) 

• Strong communication skills – phone/written 

• Light exposure to development – HTML, XML, Javascript, .NET, etc (read code, .NET) is a plus 

• Comp Sci or related education 

Salary Range 

$75,000 - 85,000/year
