About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will join the Finance team comprised of 12 professionals. The AP Coordinator will work primarily with Accounts Payable Manager and be relied upon to help meet month end timelines through performance of daily tasks. As we operate within a very entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, the successful candidate is expected to be self-motivated, hands-on, proactive and results-oriented.

  • Primarily supporting the Accounts Payable function – coding & booking invoices, payment application
  • Processing vendor and employee expenses - Concur
  • Processing invoices and scheduling payments in Worksuite
  • Coding of the corporate VISA and Master cards along with attaining and electronically filing all receipt backups
  • Filing and storage organization
  • Assist other areas of the finance team & ad hoc projects as requested
  • Strong attention to detail

About You

  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred
  • Strong hands-on working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across an organization to drive end results
  • Hands-on entrepreneurial style, as we have a strong desire for action and results; the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment

Salary

$45,000 - $55,000/year
