About the Opportunity

  • Provide direct support to all members of the team, as directed. This will include profession correspondence and personal errands
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties including, but not limited to: accounts receivables, accounts payables and account reconciliations
  • Maintain work schedules and calendars of staff and management
  • Book internal and external meetings
  • Reception coverage, refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as required
  • Generate and send monthly billings to clients
  • Receive and screen inbound telephone calls, e-mails, and visitors for the Partner, as necessary
  • Coordinate new client onboarding
  • Manual filing and e-filing
  • Compiling and submitting pre-assessments, processing reviews, and other correspondence with CRA
  • Review documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues
  • Other duties shall be assigned as required

About You

  • 2+ years of relevant administrative and executive assistant experience
  • Able to present a positive and professional image to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping knowledge
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word


$45,0000 - $55,000/year
