About the Opportunity
- Help with office administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organizing documents, etc.
- Perform bank deposits and credit card reconciliations
- Schedule travel bookings, arrange meetings and provide executives with research when needed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties on a case by case basis
About You
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years experience performing similar duties
Pay Rate
$17 - $20/hour
