Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Opportunity

• Process daily cash payments received, in priority order lock box, EFT, wire, checks, credit card
• Responsible to process on a weekly basis through AR cash posting module all minor adjustments or offsets.
• Responsible to ensure that all unapplied cash receipts in AR will be posted correctly on a timely basis
• Provide prompt resolution to customer (inside and outside) inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
• Daily mailing of invoices and monthly customer statements
• Participate in different ad hoc projects including some collections

About You

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cash posting and Credit/Collections
• Bilingual (English and French) in both verbal and writing skills
• Strong ease with MS Office, experience with SAP is considered an asset
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and time management with a capacity to resolve problems and make decisions
• Organized and works well under pressure/stress management

Salary

$60,000/year
