About the Opportunity

Collection of accounts receivable invoices
Entering of Cash Receipts
Banking
Setting up construction jobs
Construction Contracts complete with WSIB and insurance
Form 1000 completion
Arrange for bonds
Communicate weekly with Project Managers on outstanding Accounts Receivable and unapproved change orders
Monthly month on hand report
Assist project accountants in construction billings

About You

3-5 Years experience in construction accounting
Jonas Software experience
Excellent understanding of the Construction Lien Act and the new Prompt Payment Act, Dates
Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
"Can-do" attitude, strong client/customer service orientation
Strong problem-solving skills

Salary

$55,000 - $75,000/year
