About the Opportunity

• Reviews prepared documents to assess reasonableness and accuracy with A/P & A/R and Inventory.
• Ensure and audit front end and back control documents for different processes are maintained for AR, AP and Inventory
• Ensure and audit proper back up is provided for all payment batches, accurate 3 way matching, coding per check list provided by SOX team
• Ensure and audit customer set up documents, invoicing documents are in compliance of SOX controls
• Ensure and review Inventory documents are in compliance of SOX controls
• Any other tasks assigned by manager or senior management

About You

• Certification or designation in Auditing
• Excellent oral and written English
• At least 2 years’ experience with audit background coupled with public limited company experience
• Excellent knowledge of Office, Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of SOX and internal controls
• Accounting background
• Monitor own work to ensure quality
• Understanding of expense coding and allocation, GL knowledge
• Good Organizational skills

Salary

$70,000 - $80,000/year
