About the Opportunity

  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Follow up on past due receivables
  • Process credit card payments 
  • Sort, code and match invoices to packing slips/purchase orders
  • Prepare Journal Entries 
  • Other ad-hoc reports and reconciliations, as required

About You

  • 2+ years of full cycle Accounting (AP/AR) or Bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or a related software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel 

Pay Rate 
$24 - $25/hour
