About the Opportunity

Process full-cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable
Maintain payable and receivable modules within internal accounting system
Process payable invoices - match, batch, and enter into the system
Collect client payments and apply to account
Perform period-end close and reporting duties
Run payroll for 150 hourly & salaried employees in Canada
Process deductions and contributions
Handle all payroll related inquiries

About You

3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience - AP&AR
2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
Hands on experience with Great Plains & AccPac
Advanced user of MS Excel (Pivot tables & Vlookups)
Educational background in Accounting
Canadian Payroll Association designation preferred
Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$18 - $23/hour
