Tax Consultant

Our client is sourcing for a Senior Tax Consultant for a 7 month contract with potential to extend.

About the Opportunity  

• Review and prepare T2s, T3s and Partnership returns
• Calculate and pay monthly tax installment payments
• Assist with addressing CRA audit queries
• Keep informed of tax laws, regulations, and rulings pertaining to federal, provincial, and local taxes
• Assist with commodity tax issue
• Analyze and prepare memos and reports on the tax effects of business transactions

About You

• CPA, CA designation 
• CICA In-Depth Tax course I & II is a nice to have
• 5-7 years’ tax experience
• Commodity tax experience
• Experience with small businesses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and TaxPrep, Epicor and MS Dynamics AX experience

Pay Range
$40/hour
