About the Company
Our client is a growing organization in the logistics industry. They are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A who will be leading the planning and forecasting function for the consolidated results reporting of all operating business plans

• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Business Results reporting, including analysis to support monthly business reviews, shareholder meetings and ad hoc requests, to enable decision making by key stakeholders of the organization
• Manage consolidation and reporting of monthly/quarterly and YTD financial results and metrics
• Lead the business planning and forecasting process across the organization including identifying and implementing process improvements
• Finance Business Partner for all non-IT Corporate departments
• Determine key planning inputs and document all key business assumptions for the corporate plan and quarterly forecasts
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts for Corporate Overhead departments
• Prepare 5-year Plan pro-forma financial statements and cash flow analysis linked to Strategy
• Manage Capital Budgeting & Forecasting across the organization
• Work with Procurement as lead Finance Support for the annual insurance renewal process

• CPA
• 6-10 years progressive relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in a comparable industry 
• ERP System experience, SAP experience an asset
• Strong Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills

Salary Range
$120,000 - $130,000/year
