Senior Financial Analyst, Pricing (Closed)

Our client is a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients. They are looking for a Financial Analyst, Pricing who will be responsible for maximizing profitability by keeping pricing systems and data updated and by providing prompt pricing decisions to the sales group.

• Provide special pricing quotations to the sales team in a prompt manner
• Respond to pricing shifts in the market by proactively adjusting customer pricing
• Ensure pricing on open sales/purchase orders is present, profitable, and free of discrepancy
• Maintain supplier costing and process cost changes
• Manage supplier supports/rebates for applications, claims, and database maintenance
• Support routine reporting initiatives in adherence to internal controls
• Suggest and implement enhancements to existing pricing processes and systems
• Review abnormal margins and invoice discrepancies and process pricing corrections as needed
• Provide ad hoc reports, advice and analysis to sales group for more effective pricing decisions
• Provide ad hoc support to financial analysts  

• 2+ years experience in a Pricing, Revenue or Business Analyst role
• Experience with ERP’s, CRM, and Business Intelligence platforms (JDE, Salesforce, and Tableau CRM preferred)
• Strong Business Partnering experience, comfortable working with multiple levels across the Organization

Salary Range 
$75,000 to $85,000/year
