Senior Financial Analyst - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

Our client is sourcing for a proactive Senior Accountant for a 6 month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Assist with full-cycle tasks: downloading reports as requested,  reconciliations, analysis, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of legal entity financial statements for tax reporting requirements
• Assist in centralizing / streamlining financial processes
• Assist with gathering information for tax returns
• Assist with annual audit as needed
• Assist with payroll as needed
• Assist with system implementation project as needed
• Other ad hoc requests

About You

• CPA designation
• Experience with NetSuite is a nice to have
• Real Estate experience is a really nice to have
• Excellent communications skills
• Hands-on, flexible, self starter, open- minded
• Advanced excel skills

Pay Rate

$40/hour
