About the Opportunity

• Prepare monthly department expense reports and management reporting packages
• Prepare executive, board and budget briefings
• Assist with various other reports and summaries
• Prepare monthly close journal entries
• Prepare various account reconciliations
• Maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger in accordance with the capital assets policy
• Track, report and compare budget the committed and projected entity expenditures for fixed assets
• Prepare intercompany account analysis and other reconciliations
• Support the audit and taxation processes
• Prepare insurance renewal documentation
• Assist with various finance projects as well partnering with other functional groups on projects impacting finance
• Undertake business process efficiency reviews, takes ownership of tasks and system automation opportunities

About You

• CPA, CA
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, including, journal entries and account reconciliations
• Advanced Excel
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Salary Range

$80,000 - $85,000/year
