About the Opportunity

• Conduct and manage variable incentives model for monthly forecast process and improve forecasting/budgeting
• Monthly performance analysis on variable incentives spend and the comparison to budget and forecast
• Participate in annual budget and forecast preparation
• Proactively determine and implement improvement opportunities
• Participate actively in business decision-making by offering quantitative and qualitative feedback, recommendations
• Design and implement processes to support new initiatives resulting in value added change
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of major projects with project owners

About You

• CPA (CA preferred)
• 3-5 years of accounting experience from a larger organization
• Good communication skills and partnering experience
• Strong Excel skills

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000/year
