Our client offers its clients full service engineering support in the design and manufacture of custom systems to meet their project’s specific requirements. The corporate office is in Mississauga, Ontario with manufacturing locations in Huntsville, Ontario and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Our client was acquired by Wynnchurch Capital in 2018. Endot Industries has close to 50 years of experience specializing in the manufacturing of small diameter polyethylene pipe for water, wastewater, gas and conduit applications. Endot has manufacturing facilities in Rockaway, New Jersey (which is also their corporate office), Greeneville, Tennessee and Pryor, Oklahoma

About the Opportunity

• Lead monthly KPI reviews with operations teams.  Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing and distribution to review variances such as labor productivity, purchase price variance and on-time delivery.  Act as a business partner to Plant Managers
• Analyze monthly operating results and create walks to show variances to forecast, plan and prior year for presentation to senior management team
• Analyze and make changes to inventory costs and cost systems
• Assist in preparation of monthly SIOP reviews to determine proper staffing, purchasing and other critical inputs within operations and supply chain
• Participate in the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts, including balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.  Provide bi-weekly updates against those forecasts
• In coordination with FP&A counterparts, develop reporting and tracking tools, including key metric dashboard, to facilitate better information flow, improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen communication
• Develop business plans for capital requests with analysis of both balance sheet and P&L impact
• Develop and implement ideas to improve transaction processing efficiencies and to eliminate non-value-added procedures and activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the ERP and related data
• Assist in the month-end closing, including key balance sheet reconciliations such as inventory
• Other duties as assigned

About You

• 5-7 years experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant or similar role
• B.S. Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance
• CMA or MBA a plus
• Experience in performing cost analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Power BI or Advanced PowerBI.
• Experience using business intelligence systems and building reports for management decision-making
• Ability to lead a team, with specific project management experience within current job a plus
• Ability to understand management’s business plan and assumptions regarding the range of possible future conditions for which to prepare
• Strong verbal, listening, and judgment skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.  Experience with IQMS/ DELMIAWorks a plus

Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000/year
