SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Consultant (Closed)

About the Company

Our client is a multinational company in the manufacturing industry serving a variety of business sectors around the world. They are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant who will be responsible for designing, building and deploying of the integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration or SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.

About the Opportunity

• SAP HCI and SuccessFactors Integration Center integration application design, development, integration, testing, deployment and technical architecture
• Work closely with business team, IT team and vendor’s team to understand the requirements and deliver the integrations
• Work on integration with 3rd party applications using SAP CPI / HCI using file (csv, xml) or web services
• Analyze business processes, and prepare detailed business requirements documents and technical specifications for integrations
• Proactively scan for and resolve any system-related issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality
• Works with the Program/Project Managers and overall team to deliver and refine consistent best practices approaches across all integrations

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field preferred
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration certification or SuccessFactors certifications preferred
• 4+ years of demonstrable project experience implementing the SAP offerings in large-scale global implementation efforts
• 4+ years of experience with SAP Cloud Platform/ SAP Cloud Integrations or SuccessFactors Integration Center
• Delivered minimum 4 integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems through SAP
• HCI/CPI or SuccessFactors Integration Center including documentation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deploying of the integration
• Deep knowledge and experienced in integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP /Non- SAP Applications
• Extensive knowledge building integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and non-SF systems
• Ability to design, document, build and test integrations from/to SuccessFactors via SAP Cloud Platform and/or SuccessFactors Integration Canter
• Good understanding of landscape architecture, security and network frameworks, cloud connector
• Understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and the ability to research and apply business best practices
• Ability to engage and work with all areas of the IT global organization, vendors and consultants
• Ability to analyze and convey business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents
• Well-developed self-planning and organization skills including ability to work interdependently, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and a heavy workload
• Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities, and meet strict deadlines
• Proficient with SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration Center
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
