About The Opportunity
- Maintain accounts receivables and collections
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all accounts by preparing a variety of reports and letters
- Maintain rent roll and associated charges in finance system as per lease agreement
- Process all client billings
- Review, verify and accurately input a variety of information related to clients' leases
- Review and update sales estimates and post monthly sales accruals
- Review sales information for accuracy and fluctuations month over month
About You
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or relevant work experience
- 1+ years in Junior Accounting, Collections and/or AR
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management is an asset
- MS Excel skills
Pay Rate
$60,000 - $63,000/year
