About the Opportunity  

• Journal entries 
• Bank reconciliations 
• Prepare financial statements 
• Support community (questions regarding payments, rent increases) involved in ad hoc requests 
• Reporting and accruals 

About You   

• Strong communication skills 
• 1+ year of Property Accounting experience 
• Yardi is a nice to have 
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)

Pay Rate 

$30 - $35/hour
