Our client is a large successful well-known public Canadian company, and they are looking to hire an BI / Power Specialist. 

About the Opportunity 

• This is a hands-on ‘end-to-end’ role that will deal with the Business users on their automation and BI requirements, then utilize the MS Power toolset to create solutions that fulfill the business requirements 

• We are looking for a very hands-on person with strong PowerBI visualization experience and ability to talk to business users about their dashboarding/reporting requirements
• Power Automate, PowerApps development skills are a plus

• We look for strong SQL, SSIS and SSAS

• This position is in-office 3 days a week in midtown Toronto (on subway line)

About You 

• Skilled at understanding and eliciting reporting/dashboarding requirements from business users, and implementing solutions using PowerBI - using visually-appealing designs!

• Good communication and presentation skills – experience gathering requirements directly from Business 

• Strong SQL, SSIS/SSAS experience, understanding of Tabular models

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is a big plus

Salary Range 

$100,000 - 120,000/year
