About the Opportunity
- Act as the main point of contact for all benefits inquiries for 500+ employees in the US & Canada
- Manage the pension and benefits plan for all eligible employees
- Communicate with vendors and benefit providers
- Main point of contact for new employee onboarding
- 5+ years of Canada/US pension and benefits administration experience
- Ceridian Dayforce experience required as well as advanced MS Excel abilities (pivot tables & vlookups)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
$25 - $28/hour
