Payroll Coordinator - 6 Months to Permanent

About The Opportunity 

  • Responsible for timesheet calculations, enter payroll changes such as status changes, new hires, terminations. Upload online paystubs and issue Records of Employment to employees 
  • Processing payroll for 300 employees in Ontario, full time and part time 
  • Responsible for any termination related manual calculations such as final pay, electronic Records of Employment, etc. 

About You  

  • 1+ year of full cycle payroll experience 
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP's) 
  • Sage 300 experience is an asset 
  • Open to performing HR duties 

Pay Rate 

$25 - $32/hour
