They are currently seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting that will be responsible for global consolidation, financial reporting, implementing, and maintaining a system of internal controls and policies that will ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies and US GAAP. As well as leading financial projects and audit functions.

About the Opportunity

• Oversee monthly regional and global financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy, driving continuous process improvement.
• Lead the consolidation of financial statements to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Research and recommend accounting policy in accordance with US GAAP for the company driving global consistency while supporting business objectives.
• Partner with internal customers as primary subject matter expert and provide guidance it relates to application of US GAAP.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that mitigate risk and drive efficiency in work processes for the Finance team.
• Maintain ERP Chart of Accounts and ERP optimization for the company on a global basis.
• Lead accounting and policy updates, chart of accounts usage, and guidance for accounting close procedures.
• Conduct analysis in preparation for monthly operation / regional review calls.
• Assist Manager of Accounting in month-end close duties including review and approval of journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accounts are properly reconciled, and monitor account reconciliation systems, tools and controls in order to drive compliance and consistency across the company globally.
• Oversee the completion of annual audited financial statements, including all key note disclosures.
• Provide audit support including data requests & analysis related to annual external audit and other ad hoc audits.
• Partner with external auditors to ensure audit timelines and requirements are met at an appropriate level.
• Provide ad-hoc support related to due diligence, acquisitions, or other complex transactional areas.

About You

• CPA designation
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting
• Managerial or supervisory experience is required
• Experience with multi-currency consolidations is required
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting standards and principles (US GAAP specifically)
• Direct experience in a Software as a Service (“SAAS”) environment
• Proven experience and expertise with NetSuite and Adaptive are strongly preferred

Salary Range
$110,000 - $125,000/year
