About the Opportunity

• Oversee monthly commission payments 
• Prepare and distribute accurate and timely quarterly commission statements 
•  Lead the accounting for International Payroll and Compensation Arrangements, including journal entry review, fringe benefits analysis and quarterly account reconciliations
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external service provider for the company’s Compensation Arrangements, including facilitating quarterly status updates
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the  Financial Analyst, Payroll, and perform reviews of monthly accounting processes in accordance with SOX requirements
• Work collaboratively with key business partners, including Corporate , HR, Payroll team,  sales force and other  teams as required
• Act as a point of contact for the external auditors for Payroll, Commissions and other accounting issues;
• Facilitate timely and accurate responses to internal and external audit requests

About You

• Accounting Designation  (CPA, CA)
• 3+ years’ experience in a manager role with direct reports in a large/global organization or large Audit firm; industry experience preferred
• Strong commercial, business, and finance acumen; ability to understand complex contract terms
• Experience working in a US GAAP and SOX environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Large ERP experience 

Pay Rate
$60/hour
