About the Opportunity

Sorting and matching purchase orders with invoices
Coding and data entry of physical invoices for payments
Process all invoices (vendor/supply) and ensure payments are as agreed upon
Assist with month end journal entries and updating of the general ledger
Ad hoc duties as assigned

About You

Relevant post secondary education
1-3 years of relatable experience in accounting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Intermediate level of Excel proficiency
Previous exposure to QuickBooks or NetSuite seen as an asset

Pay Rate

$18 - $21/hour
