About the Company  
Our client is a well-known player in the EV charging networks sector and they are looking to hire an IT Specialist - mainly remote!

About the Opportunity     

• Reporting to the Product Manager, this role will be of a generalist who will oversee all things information technology related including our CRM (Salesforce), website and payment processing
• Will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, seamless integrations, and enhance their online presence

About You

• Proven experience with Salesforce administration
• Experience managing and maintaining Salesforce
• Experience managing IT projects
• Good communication skills
• Ability to commute 1x/month to downtown, Toronto offices (local preferred)

Bonus Items:

• Experience with payment processing platforms like (Stripe, Square, Stax, Helcim, etc.)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lightspeed, etc.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and potential partners.

Salary Range
$115,000-$125,000/year
