About the Opportunity

  • Full cycle accounting, including preparation of bank reconciliations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and quarterly lead sheets with analysis
  • Expense allocation and invoicing
  • Manage corporate credit card payments, accounting and reconciliations
  • Ownership of corporate cash reporting including; daily cash email, monthly cash report to senior management and quarterly consolidated cash flow statement
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation
  • Preparation of documentation for key accounting processes to create standardized best practices
  • Prepare budget to actual and year over year variance analysis, providing explanations based on investigation and communication with operations staff
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

About You

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel's advanced functions
  • Completion of a university degree or college diploma in Accounting or Finance

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000/year
