Financial Analyst (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Assist in the preparation and publishing of monthly financial statements and supporting analytical reports
• Prepare the documentation and analysis of financial statements and lead sheets to ensure a smooth annual audit
• Research and implement enhanced functionalities and processes for the existing financial system
• Process journal entries from various areas and ensure entries created tie-up with the GL
• Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and resolution of findings/errors with responsible staff to ensure proper process is in place
• Perform various budget or business performance analyses, investigate variances, produce ad hoc and period-end reports, and commentary to support management decision-making
• Other responsibilities as required or assigned

About You

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Experience with full cycle accounting, including journal entries, financial statement reconciliations, and month-end close process
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

Salary

$70,000/year
