Our client is one of Canada’s largest real estate investment firms. They are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the consolidated financial reporting process for the monthly and quarterly statements for the investment group.

About the Opportunity

• Management and review of the monthly and quarterly reporting process, including preparing consolidated financial statements, investor summary reports, real estate portfolio analysis and other ad hoc analysis as required.
• Managing treasury process, including forecasting cash flows, managing borrowings and allocating debt/interest.
• Assisting asset management and investment groups with information requests and providing any required analysis.
• Management of the annual budget process.
• Management of the annual audit process as well as preparation of certain tax files.
• Oversight of work done by junior staff.

About You

• CPA
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate required
• Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and strong skills with other Microsoft software
• Working knowledge of financial statement preparation.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $125,000/year
