Our client is a dynamic and creative media organization and they are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their Finance division. This role will be responsible for Internal and external reporting, financial planning and budgeting, and internal controls.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare internal reporting such as monthly dashboard, and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the CFO, COO and President/Founder of the Company
• Develop and execute standardize internal financial monthly reports specifically designed to track KPIs and the financial progress of engagements/projects used by the Executive Team
• Develop ad-hoc KPI dashboards to support senior management reviews of operations
• Lead the quarterly forecast and annual budget consolidation process
• Ownership of the creation of predictive/forecasting models for certain divisions based on historical data and key drivers
• Perform financial analysis to assist in the evaluation of potential business opportunities and proposed strategic initiatives
• Assist in the development of new processes, systems and models to support the budgeting and forecasting activities of the company

About You

• CPA Designation
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Consolidations experience (budgets, and P&L – only top line adjustments)
• An expert user of Excel (ability to manage a large database)
• Experience dealing with multiple subsidiaries or inter company transactions an asset
• Experience in Media/ Entertainment an asset
• Experience with IFRS/ Public company an asset

Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000/year
