About the Company

About the Opportunity  

• Direct and coordinate all company accounting and reporting functions, financial planning and budget management functions, all daily finance operations
• Preparation of financial statements, MD&A and other public statements and debt compliance reports in accordance with IFRS
• Manage the audit and preparation of the tax returns and SR&ED applications
• Effectively communicate and coordinate the exchange of financial information (forecasts, actual results) to key stakeholders
• Work with the various operations and R&D teams to develop annual operating and financial
• Contribute to the vision and implementation of strategic plans, capital investments, acquisitions, restructuring projects and critical ad-hock opportunities
• Evaluate projects that support additional investment or enhance the current development of assets and resources with the goal of improving the profitability of the Company
• Support the development of junior team members by providing guidance and learning opportunities

About You

• CPA, CA
• 3-5 years of progressive experience working in a public accounting firm

Salary Range
$85,000-$90,000/year
