About the Opportunity

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using ERP software
  • Create new customer accounts in the Customer Master data
  • Create Return authorization for equipment that have been authorized to be returned
  • Create credit note to customer that have been approved by Managers
  • Correct discrepancies in pricing and quantities in invoicing because of errors or similar reasons
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Team Lead Responsibilities
  • Proficient in all month end process and be a stand in during the absence of the Manager
  • Resolve both technical and operational issues for all other customer service representative
  • Responsible for driving customer service excellence in the entire team
  • Identify process gaps and problems with existing systems and procedures and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction - develop, recommend, and coordinate the implementation of new procedures, processes, systems and technologies
  • Partner with internal customers such as sales, logistics and forecasting team in order to best service our external customers
  • Other duties and projects as assigned on time to time basis

About You

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong ERP experience, experience with Sales and Distribution modules a big plus
  • Experience in a distribution with customer base including Dealers, Big box retailer and web shop
  • Strong customer service interest and skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Rate

$23 - $26/hourly
