Business Analyst (Closed)

About the Company   

Our client is a large Canadian company in the Service industry, and they are looking to hire a Business Analyst. 

About the Opportunity 

• This is mostly a remote position 

• Currently our client has a lot of projects either already started, or getting ready to kick off: 

• Upgrading their ERP from a homegrown system to D365 Finance/SupplyChain 

• Developing a new custom app for customer presentations/sales/contracts (like a POS) 

• Implementing a new ecommerce system  

• Implementing document management system  

• Updating the website 

• Building a data lake 

• This position will work on business process improvement, work on gathering and documenting requirements for Tech projects, write use/test cases, work on best practices (e.g., templates for requirements gathering or use cases, workshop facilitation templates, etc.) 

About You 

• Proven Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering, documentation, facilitation, use cases, testing, process improvement, templates/checklists, etc) 

• Strong experience with Technology (mostly application-related) projects?- ERP/CRM/etc - requirements, processes, testing 

• Very good communication, meeting facilitation, documentation skills 

Bonus Items: 

• Ecommerce experience 

• CRM (especially Microsoft) exposure 

• Exposure to project coordination / management 

• Agile/Scrum 

• MS Ecosystem projects (eg D365, O365, Sharepoint, PowerBI, etc) 

• Six Sigma cert 

• Related university degree 

• CBAP or other certs 

Salary Range 

$95,000/year
