About the Opportunity
- Preparing and issuing invoices, credit memos and reports
- Generate financial and billing reports according to company guidelines
- Maintain updated records of financial transactions, customer information, and tax exemption certificates
- Following company guidelines and billing procedures as well as ensure compliance
- 1-2 years of billings/credit experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Pivot tables/v-lookups ideally (macros an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
