About the Opportunity

Responsible for setting up vendors
Invoice, expense report processing and posting
Following up with stakeholders for approval
Collaborating with accountants to ensure accuracy of invoice and costs on projects
Assist with weekly and bi-weekly payment processing, includes check printing and mailing
Assists in the preparation and filing of all records and reports, as it pertains to their role
Other duties as required

About You

2+ years of full cycle AP experience
Excel Intermediate, and mid to large ERP exp
AP experience in the Media industry is an asset

Hourly Rate

$26 - $29/hr
