About the Opportunity
- Responsible for managing the reception area which entails welcoming and greeting visitors and/or clients either by telephone or in-person, maintaining the visitor logbook, issuing and maintaining inventory of visitor badges, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Generate (and/or create) reports and provides analytical support requested by leaders
- Ensure reports are presented in a professional business manner
- Coordinates employee parking pass and security access cards for new and terminated associates with Facilities and/or property management, this includes scheduling photo identification for security access cards and distributing security access cards and parking pass to associates
- Liaise with Facilities to coordinate office equipment repairs and services and building maintenance requests or issues
- Supports the Vice-President and Managers with general administration functions including booking meeting rooms, venues and catering as requested
- Performs administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, ordering office supplies, document storage, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to established policies and procedures
About You
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Technology savvy and able to learn the various operational systems within the department
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced clerical skills such as filing, faxing, scanning etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently as well
Pay Rate
$16 - $17/hour
