- Reception: Answering office phones, greeting incoming personnel
- Typing up documents, sending emails on behalf of departments, booking meeting rooms
- Assisting marketing department with printing of materials
- ad-hoc admin, including office maintenance
About You
- 2+ year of front desk experience
- Experience in a customer service environment is a strong asset
- MS office experience
Pay Rate
$16 - $17/hour
