Accounts Receivable Specialist - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Work with internal and external clients
• Provide insight on how to improve internal process
• Monitor assigned accounts, establish and maintain effective, and professional working relationships with internal and external customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
• Enlist the efforts of Senior Accounts Receivable Manager, Partners and Account Managers when necessary to accelerate the collection process
• Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
• Complete complex customer reconciliations

About You

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
• Problem solver who can adapt to fast changes in the work environment
• Working towards a CPA designation is an asset
• Experience working with large Accounting ERPs is an asset
• Exceptional customer focus with strong professional acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven analytical skills that are supported by advanced MS Excel abilities
• Demonstrates tact and discretion, sound judgment and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
• Commitment to privacy and ethical conduct with a strong ability to ensure all firm policies and control procedures are met

Pay Rate

$20 - $23/hour
