Accounts Payable Specialist - 3-6 Month Contract to Permanent (Closed)

Accounts Payable Specialist - 3-6 Month Contract to Permanent

About the Opportunity

• Process Accounts Payable invoices - 200/day
• Process vendor and job-related invoices (coding, three-way matching)
• Reconcile large bills to one General Ledger code and then split them out to department across offices
• Create and match purchase orders to invoices
• Copy data between systems during transition to Microsoft Dynamics

About You

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable
• Good communication skills; written and verbal
• Experience working in a high volume environment
• Microsoft Dynamics experience: GP Nav AX flexible - nice to have

Pay Rate

$19 - $23/hour
