About the Opportunity

  • Match invoices to packing slips and analyze discrepancies
  • Enter invoices into the system and ensure cash discounts are taken where applicable
  • Process freight invoices as needed
  • Answer inquiries on payments of invoices
  • Preparation of cheques once a week
  • Process outgoing mail
  • Act as reception relief

About You

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of AS 400 system or other ERP system
  • Accuracy entering the data into the system

Pay Rate

$18 - $20/hour
