About the Opportunity

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process
• Prepare reconciliations and ensure timely recording of journal entries
• Analyze transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and analyses and provide support for financial audits
• Assist with monthly close procedures across different locations
• Support annual budget and forecasting initiatives
• Drive monthly analysis of results of operations against budget expectations
• Perform assessments of key metrics to support decision making

About You

• 3+ years of experience of full-cycle accounting, journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, including account reconciliation, supporting period-end close, and variance analysis
• High proficiency with MS Excel is required (Pivot tables, vlookups)
• Property industry experience is strongly favored
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• CPA in progress is a strong asset
• Yardi is highly preferred
• Double-vaccinated

Salary Range
$70,000 - $76,000/year
