About the Opportunity

Support daily cash management transactions and activities
Manage North American payments, wires, and account transfers
Monitor and maintain sufficient cash balances, notify of expected overdrafts
Manage foreign exchange settlement instructions
Handle credit facility borrowing and repayment notices
Manage electronic signatures and approval processes
Coordinate monthly HST payments
Schedule cash flows in treasury management system
Handle routine electronic payments (interest, distributions, payroll)
Manage letters of credit, including renewals and fee reconciliations
Address banking issues/errors, follow up with banks as needed
Organize and file documentation supporting transactions
Monthly review and reconciliation of interest on credit facility draws
Provide insights and analysis for continuous improvement
Distribute morning economic updates from Bloomberg
Prepare volume-weighted average price calculations
Generate various cash, F/X, and treasury reports at month-end
Utilize treasury management system for enhanced reporting
Manage bank account information, including new account setup
Stay informed about banking industry trends and rate changes

About You

2.5+ years of post-grad, progressive work experience
Some hands-on experience with Treasury (cash flow management, general knowledge of treasury concepts)
Intermediate Excel skills, overall tech-savviness
Outgoing, great communication skills
University degree
CPA enrollment
Real estate industry

Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000/year
