About the Opportunity

Fund Administration - Administer all aspects of the fund's operations including preparing all call and distribution notices
Financial Management and Reporting - Responsible for timely and accurate quarterly reporting of all financial and management information for the fund
Ensure proper maintenance of all general ledgers and chart of accounts and processing of all financial transactions
Prepare all tax working papers for the auditors
Liaison with the auditors

About You

CPA designation
2-3 years of Private Equity/Venture Capital experience
Strong ASPE knowledge
Proficient with Investran

Pay Rate

$45/hour
