Our client is a Manufacturing Company. They are looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for a variety of accounting matters to support the financial state of the Company

About the Opportunity 

• Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated monthly financial close processes 
• Provide variance analysis for P&L on a monthly basis in comparison to budget; Review analysis with Director 
• Prepare gross margin  
• Responsible for quarterly Forecasting 
• Responsible for preparation of sales and SG&A budget 
• Prepare monthly/quarterly covenant reports for financial institutions and ensure financial covenants are met; 
• Responsible for US sales tax filings and US tax liaison 
• Monitor, analyze, and manage intercompany accounts (receivables/payables, shared costs allocations). Adjust intercompany transactions amongst corporate group; 
• Monitor shareholder account balances, prepare dividend payments and support as necessary 
• Assist in completion of any necessary corporate applications, i.e. insurance, credit requests, etc. 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to all Finance team members when appropriate; 
• Main Contact for year-end audit process by preparing necessary schedules, journal entries and or responses 
• Recommend process improvements in Finance where necessary; 
• Ad hoc projects 

About You 

• CPA  
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience 
• Knowledge and experience in accounting practices and regulation 
• Knowledge in Sage 300 ERP or similar accounting software 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook 

Salary Range 

$80,000 - $90,000/year
