About the Opportunity

Support the Project Manager in all commercial and legal issues
Performing commercial project coordination (e.g. requesting and tracking bank guarantees, insurance, etc.) and coordinate legal, taxation and insurance issues
Drawing up the order receipt, concurrent and final costing calculations
Performing asset management
Assure the correct assignment and monitoring of costs
Drawing up invoices and tracking claims
Performing internal project controlling (deadlines, costs and quality)
Assure regular project reporting/project status, discussions/milestone reviews
Collaborating on the project completion report and summarizing the lessons learned with feedback to the organization
Contract management

About You

3-4 years as SFA ideally with financial project experience
Project controlling (budget, cost calculation, timeline, cost change management, cast management, FX)
Project management – methods & tools
SAP and advanced Excel
Solid verbal and written communication skills with ability wo deal with all levels of management
Internal operational organization
Business management skills
Claim management

Pay Rate
$38/hour
